The Job

The incumbent is responsible for installation, configuration and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, CCTV and servers. To provide operational support in all retail outlets and general administration offices. The incumbent also responsible for user support in internet access, to monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. The job requires constant learning and testing of new technology, able to advice on repair and replacing of equipment as necessary.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology and appropriate skills and experience in relation to the tasks above.
  • Possess problem-solving skills in a technical, logical thought process.
  • Good knowledge of networks and setting up and maintaining servers and security-access aspects.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, to prioritize and a keen eye for detail.

INTERIOR DESIGNER

The Job

The incumbent makes retail and office interior spaces functional, safe, and beautiful by determining space requirements and selecting decorative items, such as colors, lighting, and materials.  The incumbent reads blueprints and must be aware of building codes and inspection regulations. Work closely with contractors and Operation Managers on producing designs, plans, and drawings for new and existing retail outlets’ renovation and fixture installation, including electrical layouts. Responsible for costing and budgeting, specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures. Prepare final plans, using computer applications, create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs. Work together with purchasing personnel on placing orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements.

 Requirements

  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree. Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Required skills: 3D Studio Max, Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum one (1) year of related working experience.
  • Familiar with built-ins details, architecture, M&E and specification for renovation/construction projects.
  • Multi-lingual, hardworking, good initiative and positive attitudes.
  • Ability to work in team, self-starter, able to work independently under minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
